I agree with 4 of the 5 steps mentioned at the end of this video. I don't agree with going to get drugs like Zoloft. Drugs cause more harm than they help.? The vast majority of the benefits of anti-depressants and anti-anxiety pills are the placebo effect. The drugs themselves are no better than placebo. But the side effects can be a killer. Literally.

I suffer from anxiety attacks ........ but noooooooo way will I put crap in my body!!!!....I treat it by talking to friends, reading a good book, playing a fun computer game or watching a great film!!!!...... why make yourself more anxious with drugs??? thats what caused my attacks in the 1st? place........DONT TAKE ZOLOFT.......TAKE UP DANCING CLASSES INSTEAD!!!!!

The side effects only last a few weeks, if you can't handle that then you are the weak one!!, I think i have with the aid of zoloft survived!!, Don't call me? weak minded untill you have walked a mile in my shoes!! I don't know how old you are, but life obviously has NOT effected you too badly, you are judging people for taking antidepressants, you don't know them?? Let people choose for themselves, better someone survives on zoloft than commit suicide!!

Yah, because it's not like there have been double-blind placebo controlled trails that have shown that Zoloft effective in OCD, Social Anxiety and Panic Disorder. Oh, wait. There IS!!! Seriously, PI sheets exist for a reason. Perhaps next time you should take your own advice before running off at the mouth. And btw, she did also mention that they? can treat anxiety with NO medications if wanted. Listen next time.
